History_format on up-arrow history

I have customized my history_format in ~/.config/atuin/config.toml
I see the changes being applied for atuin search but not for the up-arrow history list.

Conversely, setting theme to Marine appears to work in up-arrow but not in atuin-search.

Am I misconconfiguring atuin?

This actually only applies to the console atuin search or atuin list, and not the interactive search output

The opposite for themes; they apply to the interactive UI, but not console output
