So far I haven’t been successful in transferring a runbook to my organisation. It ends up transferring but wiping it in the best case, and outright failing in the worst.

Same here. The transfer ends up with an empty runbook named Untitled at the other end. No errors thrown.
Apologies for the issues — this should improve with the new workspace system (see File-based Runbooks are coming ). We’ve temporarily disabled moving runbooks between workspaces while we get this feature updated for the new system, but a new implementation will be out soon.
This should be fixed in the latest release (v0.0.101). Please let us know if the issue persists.
